I am like most other men in this world,just trying to make ends meet in a tough economy. I also understand that Amazon.com is in the Online Shipping Industry to gain profit also. I have been in the Customer service Industry for over Thirty years now and believe very srongly that I did anything and everything that I possibly could to let my customers know that its about"going the distance for everyone, not just any one." If its about the money only, than it doesn't take a genious to realize, that by simply offering the customer away to fulfill those sudden needs You will find that by offering a Will-Call*Customer Pick-Up Dept, at a lesser charge than shipping, your company will gain even more in revenue and offer customer satisfaction and someone to turn to in time of need !!!!!! I am hoping that A Cust.
