Was told they could not help me at that call centre and that I had to email them online and get them to reverse some charges they put on my credit card for my lap child. I emailed them and they emailed me back telling me they couldn't help me either. Great. Now I have to call back to this stupid number and wait another hour. This is the service you get for saving a few bucks. RIDICULOUS! Plus it is long distance for me so I'm paying for the phone call too.
