~va:The phone rep advised I could complain online but that wouldn't help or get me anywhere. She also advised there was no one I could talk to, kept arguing with me, telling me what could have been done when it couldn't (ie: cancel within * days when put in hospital within those * days). She didn't listen, had not customer service, didn't care about quality service and had zero empathy. Very bad experience and this was the *rd time with bad experiences.
