~tidclan：THE WORST EVER! They advertise one price, and charge an additional price for a seat and charge MORE on top of that for your bag. I had to switch from carry on to check on because the "carry on" I have HAS WHEELS and does NOT meet their specifications! They sent an email to check in. I did. I realized the "carry on" I was going to use was TOO BIG because of the wheels. THEY REFUSED TO MAKE THE CHANGE. I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR, THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW THAT REQUEST AND HUNG UP ON ME. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LESS THAN "SOUTHWEST" price!!! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!
