~Washington_Lady:Cancelled flight when I scheduled * *** months early. Only sent * emails *w subject line "change of itinerary." No phone calls or snail mail. Emails sent ** & ** days after scheduling. During that time Allegiant sent about * emails a week *w promotions. Two days after *nd email I opened "change of itinerary" expecting time change. However, Allegiant Air rescheduled * days later. Of course that was unacceptable. I had to rebook with other airline for double the cost *w stop leaving *AM. Allegiant refused to do anything other than return paid. First call disconnected. Then on hold for another ** minutes. Told only recourse was cancel, not even a prepaid voucher. Refused escalation of call & their agent said I'm disconnecting and disconnected. I reported to port authority. Then received call from corporate who left no number on recorder. Using the caller ID, I reached recorder that said will only return calls regarding past flights, and no others. I left message. Received return call coup
