~anonymous:Talked twice to reps who couldn't help. I have two active listings and needed to activate another listing, and there was some glitch that was keeping it from activating. The reps said techs would work on it but nothing happened. I called back a day later. Three times, and the first got disconnected about ** seconds after my ** minute wait. The second call, I could hear the rep, but she couldn't hear me. "hello, hello?" The third time, when after the hold, their phone started ringing, it disconnected after a few rings. The reps I did get to talk to were nice enough, but it seems that this is something that should be simple to fix and it's still not working after two days.
