~mhinton:Since April we have been trying to have our air miles points converted to be used towards Shell gas purchases by e mail and telephone. Each time my husband, the primary card holder has been put on hold for ** to ** minutes. When he painstakingly types in the card number an automated voice informs him that the number is incorrect. Both are cards, the same cards we have used all these years share the identical number. The cards were issued before the PIN number era. I am certainly glad we aren*t trying to use our points for an emergency. If we ever get to use up the points for gas, we will quit this card. Thumbs Down to Air Miles.
