~Anonymous：Been on hold for over * hours. (it would not let me put that in the wait box. Have asked twice to talk to someone in CANADA!!! I get numbers that keep sending me to INDIA. I have been lied to twice by an Air Canada Employee. Worst service ever. I cant believe they were voted number one in Global travel magazine. Wonder where they get there numbers from. Certainly not from the people that had to deal with Customer Service.
