~NMIllar:I had a return flight fro Kelowna to Montreal booked in my name through Aeroplan. When I went to fly home (in June) from Montreal, the flight was cancelled and I needed to get home. Air Canada told me there was nothing they could do, as I booked through Aeroplan. Tried and tried to contact Aeroplan, well good luck with that! So I booked and paid for another flight the next morning. I applied for a credit for my air miles. I waited and waited and finally * months later I get an email. It says that they are sorry that there was no flight booked in my name and they can't help me. That is so ridiculous, I think I know who I am and all the info I sent to aeroplane came directly through information they sent to me! I got half way through the flight, one way on the ticket in my name, but apparently I don't exist. On top of this I replied to the email I sent to Aeroplan and I get an email back saying you cannot reply to the email, you have to go back through their webpage system, same one it t
