~Rob：Has to be the worst rewards program available. I have been a member for several years and have been able to redeem points when I wanted to use them only once. Currently trying to contact them for information on booking hotels in Scotland. Some one please shoot me! Worst program I have ever used. I have tried for years to book either flights or hotels only to find nothing is available when wanted. I try booking several months in advance. Still nothing. Phoning them is painful what with on hold times and then they transfer you only for you to disappear into Never never Land.
