~rayray1885:September **, ****, around *:**pm, I walked into my neighborhood Advance Auto Part store. I was greeted by a gentleman right inside the front door. He was helping another customer out, so I walked to the counter. A young woman came up and asked if I needed help. I told her I needed my battery checked because I thought I needed a new one. She turned to get the 'battery checker' and then proceeded to enter into a conversation with another associate. I stood waiting and even made eye contact with one of the associates. Finally, a couple minutes later, the original associate handed the machine to the other girl and told me she was going to take care of it. The associate walked out to my car, could not get my hood up and then argued with me about how to keep the hood up. *After a few minutes, she said my batter had low voltage. She then turned around and without a word, headed back into the store. *I left, not feeling that I had received the service I deserved. I went to the next nearest Au
