~RB:Will never purchase from Adidas again. Online order failed therefore I had to call. Placed order over the phone only to discover two days later two chgs to my checking acct. Called to clear up before potentially overdrawing acct. Was assured one chg would fall off. Not so, chgd twice and put acct in the red. Adidas will not cover any fallout and refuses to credit my acct until I drive to Fed Ex to return the shoes they shipped in error. I simply asked for the credit immediately. I'll return their mistake but it is more important to them that they get the shoes back than the headaches and inconvenience they caused me.
