In my case, they claim my item is a custom item that has been delayed due to a backlog with their "designer." However, the item is listed as available in *-* weeks. It's been ** weeks. Moreover, the item I ordered is not even a custom item, its a standard item listed on their website that was not customized or personalized, its even available on other websites!
