~fortworth:on phone with U-verse support for *.* hours. Spoke with Edsell employee id-ES***C and Sam-YS***D and had horrible experience. They were rude and very condescending. I received a bill with charges for adult content supposedly by going to video on demand which I have never accessed. I explained to them that the charges were not from me and they could look at my years of history to see that I have never accessed video on demand. They were adamant that these were my charges and didn't care when I was just as adamant that these did not belong to me. I eventually received no help so I called the ATT HDQ Presidents office and spoke with Teresa. She politely listened to me and advised she would have a Manager from HDQ call me back within * business days to resolve this issue. After the horrible experience I received from call center I am hopeful someone will call me back and get this resolved.
