~pissed：Technician *AF**** kept telling me Yahoo does not back up ATT enail over and over. My account was suspended friday... Monday I called and canceled my service due to this mis-communication. I called billing Tuesday ******* and paid the final bill. This evening my email was still suspended... I called and got a "technician" who sent me to yahoo who "unlocked" my email. I logged into my mail only to be shocked by the fact that thousands of emails were gone and replaced by a welcome email. The terms of service say the mail will be converted to "free" mail. I am livid! "Sorry SIR Yahoo does not backup ATT's email over and over. I asked him if it was his email what would he do and he just kept repeating the same thing over and over. This is not right!
