~Anonymous:I told the service rep I was calling for my elderly parents that had no dial tone. This happens a couple times a year and is always an outside line problem. "Scott" called to say he would fix it and when he got there tried to insist to my parents that he needed to come in to supposedly measure the basement!!! My parents are elderly but not stupid! They can charge you $*** if they come in. Beware: AT&T tries to take advantage of elderly people! Next time I will be there to greet the repair worker myself along with the local authorities!
