I was hoping the Live Chat function might help, but it never worked. On many screens it was mentioned but there was no link. Your pages are incredibly slow to load--worst I've seen in years. This is the second time this year my phone has stopped working. Uverse is just horrible. I will be looking for another supplier for Internet and phone.
