No uniformity in info given by cust care, incorrect and false information,overcharging,misleading customers and duping them!one manager had the audacity of reversing a credit issued to me "just to teach me a lesson" for canceling their service within **days!!i could hear a tone of racial discrimination !!i wish I could sue these guys and their horrible horrendous customer care !this company needs to shut down
