GetHuman-jmgreen:When I renewed my service, I picked the faster, **mbps connection and for the first couple months, I actually received the advertised speed. But now, for like the past ** months, I pay for the **mbps plan and consistently test at around **mbps. I have performed all troubleshooting steps and had a technician come to my residence to replace equipment. I have disconnected all devices other than my computer and reset the gateway. The technician even came and replaced the gateway. I had also tested on multiple devices and all test the same. I am getting extremely frustrated with ATT and their unwillingness to either fix the issue or reduce my bill to reflect the service that I am actually receiving from them.
