Starting from the first CSR, EVERYTHING has been screwed up right and left. I did not get a proper land line (which is to say they could not recognize it.I therefore have been able to set up proper email on this account. I know they had my proper cell line, as i gave it out four times to these sub-par CSR,s tonite. Never a call back. I have been certified permanently disabled by Social Security and ADA, since ****.i came home after ** days of hospital time rhis morning, suffering from MRSA pneumonia (flesh eating bacteria) with a long work up for lymphoma- blood cancer.**I had finally worked myself through the process of adding a single HDTV connection to my account.
