GetHuman-407423:I just setup services with AT&T for our new office and I can honestly tell. AT&T has the worst customer services. Especially, with they new company ACG who does their intake for new accounts. I have never in my life call a phone company just to make sure they were doing their job. I had to call them everyday, *-* times a day to make sure my orders were in process. I understand it take *-** business days but this is ridiculous. I representative who said they will call back with status, never called back. I ask for a direct number to AT&T, just so I can speak with a supervisor. They put someone else on the phone to talk to me. COMCAST TAKES UP TO * DAYS WITH STATUS TO OPEN A NEW OFFICE, I HAD TO SETUP WITH AT&T BECAUSE THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY AVAIABLE IN MY AREA.
