~nothappy:NEVER again!! They did not listen to me, did not fix my computer and over charged me. I had to speak with * people, having to tell them ALL the SAME problem (they only allow a tec ** minutes with you at a time then you are passed to another one). I cancelled my 'monthly' service and they keep charging me and will not give me my money back. I will be more than happy to call *-***-Geeksquad next time and have a PERSON help me!
