I laughed and said yea that is what they all said. Greg went over and beyond what would be expected of him, for this I say thank you. After * phone calls problem fixed. I feel that the fact that he spoke ENGLISH clearly helped me a great deal. Greg should be shown appreciation from the company for the job he did.
