I said that was impossible, that I had broadband and I was the ONLY person that used this computer. They basically told me I was lying, that someone had used another screen name on my acct. and racked up several hours, to the tune of an extra $**. in charges. I tried to argue that no one had access or MY permission to use MY acct. It didn't matter, I was still liable for this charge. If I wanted to contest the charges, I would have to WRITE A LETTER to the main office, they didn't have an E-MAIL address to write to.
