GetHuman-194777：Worst company in America to deal with....It is now April * , I called Jan *th **** to report my mothers death & to cancell her * policies & get a refund owed her of $*.**. I sent the death cert. & letter with all policies numbers etc. Have spent at least ** HOURS on the phone ,numerous days since Jan. with different customer service "TEAM LEADERS" to no avail......I am the COURT appointed guardian & need to show the court that everyone who owes my mother has paid her estate. So far * large life ins co's, have settled ,social security , medicare, her state,& county & city pension plans have settled . AFLAC can not seem to refund the $ *.** owed to her estate ...It is now April * ****. I will be finding out who the bozo CEO for AFLAC is and looking up the property records for the area to find his home address & sending him a certified letter , to see why he is not able to run his company properly. Dealing with AFLAC is like dealing with an immature teenager who has a drug problem....
