GetHuman-400782：I have had a policy many years and their paying out is horrible I filed a claim the first week in April and it is the end of May and still no money. The commercial on television says * days, I guess the duck died! My doctor had faxed them information * other times and they never got it they said. I had to go to my doctor and they took the copies from my records and made copies for me! They want their money from me also. Well I just faxed it again and it will take another week for them to do anything. They have been horrible the * times I have used them they get their money fast why not me! When I asked to do the survey they hung up on me!
