~Liza：I was behind in my payments and called to try to get current so I could continue using ATD services. I was told pay past dur plus three monthsin advance and I would be caught up. It turns out that the instead put kept my past due amount on my old account and opened a new account, leaving a toatal bill for $***.** for * months since the original agreement and they refuse to go back and honor the original terms told to me, telling me they infact intead credited my new account but kept the old account open and overdue. No help from any one to resolve this matter. Cancled contract & waiting for more bills!
