~Scogipa：AAA, in my humble opinion, completely ripped me off. They made unauthorized changes to my plan without my knowledge or approval. I tried repeatedly to discuss it with them and their response was basically, sorry but its our way not yours. I still have ** more months on my paid up plan but they changed it and WILL NOT change it back for the remainder of my ** month contract with them. And yes, I said 'contract'. They set the terms, I gave them the money they said it would take, they TOOK my money and issued the cards. THAT is a contract and they are not allowed to unilaterally change it - but they did. I've been with AAA for ** years. I've always trusted their reputation but this experience has shown that they can not be trusted.
