~BoobooKitty:As of the beginning of ****, *pm has become a little odd...not in a bad way necessarily, but odd because they've removed the PayPal payment option from the site, as well as their Customer Service number. (I had to hunt it down online, and tracked it to this site, hence my review). They only have their online email form as a way of getting in touch with them. Thankfully, though this number is not currently listed on their site, I called and they came through with their same level of great customer service that they've traditionally had. I'm surprised at their site*CS changes, but I'm glad they worked with me, and were able to solve my issue.
