It is a shame that they have suchso little supportby phone. they will lose customers because of that. the phone number says that there is not phone support, and when I tried to leave a message, I was told that the mailbox is full. Their service is wonderful. their support renders the service as very unhelpful. I hae recommended this firm to many people, but ZI cannot do so any more. Don't use it until they immprove
