~Anonymous :"Customer Service"(an oxymoron)is always outsourced, staff is poorly trained & defensive*rude. I was talked over the whole time-so they couldn't possibly have heard my concern. Not only did I have to call at *am & other outrageous hours to speak to someone-(minimize wait time), but I had to call & wait THREE!!! YES, * times. I was instructed to continue to call back repeatedly to solve a simple problem. You wait an hour plus to hear, "we can't help you. Call back in a week." *"Buyer Protection" is a misnomer & a joke. EBAY is not a safe buying environment. Use Amazon. Buyers have NO RIGHTS. They favor Sellers because that is how they make their profit. They allow too many sellers who truly SCAM, & do not follow EBAY rules continue to sell despite multiple reports & clear infraction*fraud. Zero follow-through of promises of action-what turns out to be simple standard customer service placation.
