The customer service representative kept interrupting me without protocol for the relay service I use as a DEAF eBay user and seller. eBay DISABLED direct communication through web form so I had to call using relay that is a nuisance. eBay gets worse with its awful anti-customer Q&A system with no direct contact information for communication to resolve the issue. I hate dealing with eBay bidder flakes who refuse to pay after winning and hate eBay company even more for its BS installing unpaid item assistant bot and not giving straight answers on direct contact with customer service. eBay *****
