~Ellehombailey:Their customer service number and callback request number gets you an agent who-in my experience-can't help you **% of the time. They're only able to help with general questions. For even slightly more complicated requests you will need to be transferred to a specialty dept. So even if you use the Request a Callback feature where they call you, you will often need to be transferred, and you can be on hold during transfers for *** minutes! The worst part is the CS reps do not always transfer to the dept who is most able to help with your request, so you can (and will often be) transferred multiples times. This can lead to ** hours on the phone! *Plus* not all of eBays departments have customer service lines, so sometimes they are not even be able to resolve your issue after all that! Unfortunately this is usually the best way to reach them. ***Unfortunately I have been buying and selling on eBay for years and have had to deal with it too much.
