~froggirl2235:Terrible company overall. I have been "indefinitely restricted" selling on eBay because of * low shipping scores. I called was placed on hold a number of times to get nowhere. I gave my honest reasoning as to why I got those scores....major health issues that included many various doctor etc...I have a surgery coming up in Nov. And they are asking me to provide all my personal doctor records for dates and reasoning. This is absolutely way over the top and too personal. They refuse to give me a chance to up my scores. With each day living in pain while taking care of two children...not working because of health...this Is my only way to earn $ for my family. I rate EBay customer service in the negative on a scale of *-**.
