Someone actually offered to take care of the entire transaction for me, would issue a refund within a week time, and send me a slip to send back my item. My crystal animal arrived in peices because shipper did not package item well. I am floored that ebay is possibly offering service for buyers and not turning them into victums possibly? Or I just got so lucky? I don't know but breath of fresh air truly.......
