~scottyb：I called about a problem with a seller that had a duplicate listing, stated that the part ordered was in stock and gave specific time frame for delivers... but instead email on day of proposed delivery to explain a situation that they should have not known of yet* i.e. that the part did not arrive due to 'holidays'slowing the shipment of parts they said was in stock. Anyway... this number was a great line of communication. I was put directly into the resolution center where a man helped by guaranteeing the refund upon investigating the ad while on the phone with me. Even though I am still waiting on the refund, this number was the fastest way to contact a real person!!!
