Unfortunately your turn around time for issues is very slow, I bought ** coins on your scramble game today at *pm they never showed up....so I bought them again thinking it hadn't gone through....so after attempting it again I checked my checkings account and now saw that it went through twice .......and then the coins still haven't shown up, so I called in again and they now said it could be up to ** hours before I get them not sure why there is such a lag time...but it's really disappointing as I had someone coming over to play this back and forth tonight. Not sure why this is taking so long, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to manually add something via the internet to a site??? Very disappointing....and I do love the game...even though I basically **** at it...lol.
