~J:Called about an order- automated system informed me I qualified for a $*** rebate and to press * to be directed to a person. **Whoever answered didn't speak English very well- guessing outsourced to India or similar. He mentioned the rebate and I told him I just wanted to find out about my order. He went on for a few minutes about the rebate (which would cost me a $*.** shipping fee and auto-enroll me in some program). I told him I didn't want the rebate- he asked me why and said "That's very odd to me," and then proceeded to read his whole script about the rebate over again. I had to hang up halfway through because he wasn't listening to what I was saying at all. I never did get to find out about my order, and now the product I wanted is sold out.**Fortunately, I found it on Amazon for around the same price. Really not impressed with this experience.
