GetHuman-sovajaus:One day my card stopped working. They told me there was nothing they could do and they didn't know the reason why the back office suspended my account.i was told I had wait * days for a reason. That * days turned into a week. I was told because it was a billing a issue. All my payments were made before I even received the zipcar and with no problems. I checked personally and I asked for more information and for clarification as to what the billing problem is. Customer service just keeps telling me they don't see nothing but a billing issue and they will request further information and a deeper investigation. They also told me somebody will get back to me within * business days. This was a month ago. I called back today and I'm still getting the run around about how nobody knows really why it got terminated or what the billing issue was. I'm just told it's nothing they can do.
