Used bulk order help form to see if they pay more attention to potential business enquiry, using this form to request account deletion, but it insists I have phone number in "wrong" format but won't tell me what the right format is! WTF!!!! I simply cannot get through to them. Clearly they don't want to communicate with their clients!
