~pstricker:I called Xbox Customer Service and initially was connected with the wrong department. It only took about ** seconds to get connected in the right department. My Service Representative's name was Trevor and was very helpful. He stayed on the line with me for ** minutes while I tried different solutions to the problem. He was knowledgeable and acknowledged that I was as well. He was friendly during down times where I was waiting for a computer reboot, etc. Most importantly, he was able to help resolve my home network problem, something (ultimately) not even Xbox related.
