GetHuman-69874:Not * associate from this company has been helpful. Very rude, not helpful nor patient. They've had the audacity to hang up on me and make me feel stupid? I'm pretty sure that your job as customer service representative is to help a customer out. So disrespectful. I wish I would've noted all there names down but I only got Natish.. Someone needs to do something about these calls. Clearly the supervisors aren't doing a great job either if there not monitoring how the customers are being treated. **Take a step back and realize that eventually, you'll start loosing more customers with the type of business you're running.
