GetHuman-437332:I am a platinum account holder with Wells Fargo. I was at a Wells Fargo location today (***** Melody Dr, Northglenn, CO *****) and I was appalled that the manager required a young U.S. soldier to pay $* for two voided checks. She was intransigent when I tried to reason with her. I realize that this is only $* but the principle is what is important. So I paid for this charge. I guess $* is more important than the customer. I am thinking about removing my money from Wells Fargo and I know the soldier is. I will be contacting the media about this. I am appalled.
