~Azuk:Unlike most other reviewers here, I was able to get hold of a cust. serv. rep in less than * mins but thats where pleasent surprise ended. The person I talked to had a lathergic attitude and wasn't able to grasp what I was telling her. Talking to her felt like talking to *-* year toddler. Eventually I got fed up and asked for a supervisor. Next person came online after **-* mins wait and even though he provided a bit more assurance about the delivery of my order but wasn't able to explain the delay in processing of my order. So right now even though I am not fully convinced but am going to take his words.
