~Alana:The only reason I go through the abuse of the customer service department of this co. is because of the low prices. I tried to cancel and order the same day I placed it online and the website would not accept the items I wanted to cancel. I called as well and never got through. I think it's better to shop with another company for my needs from now on. The prices may be higher there, but customer service is decent, I'm not put on hold forever by customer service and the items I order are right on time instead of delay after delay with Walmart shipping. This company should be shut down.
