~RayMV:Call quality was awful to begin with. My online order had been messed up and my credit card showed * charges instead of *. Took them ** minutes to answer my call, just for them to tell me that all but the correct one had already been refunded and my card just didn't show it yet. When I brought up the wait time, the response was "** people are on hold right now and ** minutes is the average wait time". No apology, no account credit, nothing. I already dislike dealing with Walmart and this encounter has certainly not improved their image in my eyes.
