I didn't hear a single word from them until I called. Then they advised me they'd have to deactivate my only debit card so I can wait for a permanent card to MAYBE be delivered on time. During the course of the phone call the person on the phone told me I couldn't speak to a supervisor because she was the one. ********! Nobody is that clueless and hold a management position, if so that speaks volumes to this company! You've failed at the debit card business Walmart! I'm no longer a customer!
