~HCA User:Poor connection to what appeared to be an offshore call center. The first person that I spoke to did not understand any of the questions that I asked and blamed it on the bad connection. The second time, I got a better connection and the indian guy on the other end of the line was very polite but it seemed obvious that he was reading off of a script and he couldn't answer any questions that were out of the ordinary. At the end of the day, the calls were both a waste of time. Wageworks seems to make their system intentionally difficult to access.
