GetHuman-41624：This was my third call for the same issue. We have a seasonal account. When returning to WOW service this year the bill increased $**.** for the same service. I down graded to basic and was told my new bill charges.Every month I am charged $**. more. I call they say it is fixed. Today I got a person I could not understand I insisted on a supervisor, I got Martha a floor supervisor who said my bill is not what I am billed? but $**. more and "THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM GIVING YOU THIS CREDIT" Why am I not billed the correct amount then. I pay what I am told and what the current charges are on the bill.Why should I have to add and subtract to find my monthly bill. She was very rude. I am very disappointed in WOW as I have been their customer for several years.
