~anonymous:I have never had to wait long to speak to a customer service rep. The problem is and always has been with WOW is that it always takes me two and three calls before I get any action. Most recently I asked for a tech to come remove left over cable from my home. It took three weeks and two calls. This is unacceptable. The tech should have removed it at the time of service. Clean up was the other half of the job.
